It was up somewhat early today as we begin our WWE campaign in Vegas, starting with one of our favourite events of the weekend – WWE World.
I would describe WWE World as an immersive experience in everything to do with wrestling and WWE.
Unfortunately the event was a 45-minute walk away, so we went downstairs to start our journey. Along the way grabbed a yoghurt and granola for $16ea, much to our disgust.

At the last minute we decided to call ourselves a Lyft just in case the lines to pick up the tickets were too long. We get out of the car and find the front entrance, pick up our tickets and head inside with no line insight…
But heaven forbid did we speak too soon! This place has lines up the ying yang to get into anything. Even a line to take a photo next to a giant WWE belt!

You had to line up to get into the merchandise area, then if you wanted to buy any of the overpriced stuff, you had to join the line that snaked all around the shop and wait an hour even just to pay for it. Nooooooo thanks!
Our favourite part of WWE World was watching random people do the wrestlers’ entrances on the mock stage, complete with music, lights and cameras.
This was conveniently located by the giant bin of fun size Snickers that we helped ourselves to more than a handful of times, but who’s counting….

We got to watch a few wrestlers getting interviews like Rhea Ripley and AJ Styles, we some some NXT matches, got some free goodie bags and wandered about the Triple H display. We also got told off multiple times for simply standing somewhere that gave us a better view of wrestlers – far out man this place was on a very strict regime.

Next on our agenda we were off to Smackdown, which would be the go home show before the big Wrestlemania event tomorrow. So we grabbed a few more handfuls of Snickers then make our way back along the strip, dropped our goodie bags off at our room and then made our way to T-Mobile Arena for even more wrestling action!

For tonight’s show we decided to fork out for some better seats as we were starting to get nose bleeds from sitting up so high at every event we go to. And bow did it make a difference!
We sat about 6 rows back from the front and we felt like we were back in the action surrounded by proper fans.

There were some great matches, but our favourite was at the end when John Cena and Cody Rhodes went head to head in a verbal match of shut downs. It was brilliant!

We file out of the stadium at a snail’s pace then make our way back onto the strip to hunt down some dinner which was again proving difficult with not one restaurant serving anything for vegetarians.

After looking through New York New York, Planet Hollywood and many other spots along the way, we end up having another bloody delicious hotdog back near out hotel – no complaints here.
Back in the room we devour what is left of our Snickers stash and after a fun filled day with wrestling goodness, we call it a night.
